Turning your desires into reality is all about staying present. If your goal is to change a behavior, then you must stay focused. For example, when you start a weight loss plan, you are all in when it comes to cooking healthy meals and consciously exercising. The routines are new, so you are forced to be present. You are never on automatic pilot while you are learning a new behavior. After the habit of eating well and moving is integrated, it becomes second nature. Your desire for a fit body has materialized!

 Presence works with every goal. To reach your goals, all you need to do is leverage conscious awareness. Then your life will change, one desire at a time.
