Your body is always speaking to you. The question is: Are you listening?
Being tuned in to your body is not only good for weight loss, it can help you in every aspect of your life. When you are following your body’s signals, you will be able to make good decisions on a daily basis. You will then stop pushing yourself when you’re tired, and you will stop ignoring your hunger signals because you are busy. When you listen to your body and respond appropriately, you are putting YOU first and that is always the right thing to do.
Do learn to listen to your body’s cues for food, water, rest and movement by noticing if you are hungry, thirsty, tired or fidgety. Meditating or being quiet even for a minute or two will aid this process. Listening to your body is key to making healthful decisions and the more you listen, the better you will know yourself.
